What is Ethernet?
Ethernet has a reputation for being both cost effective and reliable. Constrained for many years to the LAN environment, recent advances in fibre optic technology and switching electronics, as well a greatly reduced bandwidth costs, have meant that it is now both possible and cost effective to extend Ethernet services across both metropolitan and national networks. Ethernet has evolved from its origins as an Enterprise LAN technology to a robust service delivery technology for metro and wide area networks.
Connecting to your remote locations is crucial for success. When data is critical, it should be handled differently than less important data traffic. For example, customer orders should take priority over interoffice email. A video conference with a potential client at a remote site should receive the highest quality of service possible. Connet believes that prioritizing your communication traffic should be your choice on an affordable and reliable network.
Point to Point or Point to Multipoint Services
The family of products enable service providers to deliver the complete spectrum of MEF-certified E-Line (point-to-point) and E-LAN (multipoint) and E-Tree (point-to-multi-point) services and infrastructure today, without compromise. Whether you are connecting two locations or 20, our worldwide network can provide you with just the service you need.
Connet Ethernet Communication services as if you're throwing an Ethernet cable from one office to another. Plus, multiple rings at the physical layer and self-healing failover allow for meshed WANs where each location is connected to every other location. With the ability to share a single subnet across multiple locations, you can connect sites all around town as if they were on the same LAN.
While other carriers require companies to have a ethernet cable router to convert their Ethernet LAN traffic to TDM WAN standards such as T-1 or DS-3, Connet Ethernet Communication network can require no routers. Customers can use their existing switches.

Fast Ethernet
Fast Ethernet is a term to describe various ethernet services that have a speed of 100Mbps. Traditionally the most common speed of ethernet was 10Mbps, thus the term FAST ethernet. We can tailor speed to requirements and grow as necessary (10 to 90 Mbps, in 10 Mbps steps).

Gigabit Ethernet
Ethernet speeds of 1000Mbps (a gigabit) are also possible. This is called Gigabit Ethernet or GigE. We can tailor speed to requirements and grow as necessary (100 to 1000 Mbps, in 100 Mbps steps). Unique VLANs assigned per end provides security by segmenting customer’s traffic over the shared network.

International Ethernet
Global Ethernet Services are designed to deliver high bandwidth capacity, fexible service scalability and reliable access solutions for the evolving demands of corporate networks, which have become an important asset in the quest to achieve a competitive edge in today’s business world.
Based on carrier-class technology, private and secure connectivity is established using standard Ethernet interface with relatively easy and quick provisioning. Use of the same interface is retained even as the bandwidth requirement grows, therefore allowing for signifcant optimisation of the existing network infrastructure. The services are ideal for enterprises and carriers on different continents to expand their local area networks to metro or wide area networks.
Ethernet Network interconnecting the main datacenters and points of traffic exchange in the world. Based on the new high performance infrastructure of its backbone which is exclusively dedicated to IP services, We offer the possibility of extending a private network to an international level without deploying or running equipment and circuits.
